Lifting since
my teens.
Born in Eastern Europe, lifting since fourteen, trained in gyms across ten-plus countries. At fifty-three, in the best shape of my life — and coaching others over 40 to get there too.
How I got here.
I was born in Eastern Europe and started strength training at fourteen. Before the barbell became the constant, I came up through martial arts — and that foundation never left me: discipline, control, and respect for how the body actually moves.
Since then I’ve trained everywhere. I’ve lived in Eastern Europe, the UK, the US, Colombia, Mexico and Germany, and trained in gyms across more than ten countries — from full setups to a couple of dumbbells in a spare room. That’s not a travel story; it’s the reason I can build a plan that works with the body and the life you actually have.
I don’t coach from a place of theory. I’ve hired my own coaches in Colombia and Brazil because I never stop sharpening this craft, and I train hard every week myself. At fifty-three, I’m in the best shape of my life. I’m the proof that what I teach works — and I’d like to help you do the same.
My approach is simple and it isn’t for everyone: heavy, targeted, science-based training, real work, and a close relationship with a coach who holds you to your standard. If that’s what you’re looking for, you’re in the right place.
Experience you can't fake.
~15 years under the bar
I started lifting as a teenager — fifteen years of serious training, learning and refining what actually works.
A martial-arts foundation
Martial arts taught me control, discipline and a real respect for how the body moves under load.
Trained in 10+ countries
From elite gyms to a hotel room, I can build a plan that works with whatever you’ve got, wherever you are.
